As a remote-first, location-agnostic organization, we significantly reduce our environmental impact by minimizing office energy consumption, eliminating daily commutes, and reducing the need for business travel. We prioritize hiring local talent for each project, reducing transportation emissions and supporting regional economies. This approach not only minimizes our carbon footprint but also ensures authentic cultural representation in our storytelling.
